Some of the drawings in this series remind me of Frederick Franck, The Zen of Seeing (Seeing/ Drawing as Meditation).
I drew this in Trinity Church while listening to Caleb Burhans and Grey McMurray who perform as itsnotyouitsme To think of Franck's analogy of drawing to meditation or being in a church drawing while others are praying - drawing in churches is a good way to draw people and architecture after a day of wandering in the city.
